Child Safety Standards

Grift is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. This page describes the standards and practices we follow to prevent, detect, and report child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service, in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable law.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

Grift has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content, conduct, or accounts that sexualize, groom, endanger, or exploit minors. Violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to authorities as required by law.

2. Age requirement

Grift is rated for users age 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts. If we become aware that an account belongs to a user under 13, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.

3. Standards we follow

Grift's safety program is informed by, and aligns with, these internationally recognized standards:

4. Prevention

5. Detection

6. In-app reporting

Every post, comment, and user profile in Grift has a report action. Users can report content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor. Reports of CSAE-related content are prioritized and triaged within 24 hours.

To report content directly to the Grift safety team, email griftsocial@gmail.com.

7. Response and removal

8. Reporting to authorities

Grift complies with all relevant child safety laws and reports apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Where required, we also report to regional and national authorities in the user's jurisdiction.

9. Contact

For child safety concerns, abuse reports, or compliance inquiries, contact our designated point of contact at griftsocial@gmail.com. We monitor this address and respond to time-sensitive reports as quickly as possible.

Emergencies that require immediate intervention should be directed to local law enforcement first. In the United States, you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
